With the netPower Lite 7R switch you can forget about expensive GPON base stations and optical splitters. This switch is part of the GPEN concept - it is designed to provide the speed and versatility of fiber optic networking while taking advantage of the benefits of Ethernet. It's an easy to implement, low-cost way for any ISP to deliver Internet to individual homes. The power supply is NOT included in the product - it must be purchased separately.

Many power options

Thanks to this switch you won't have to worry about power problems because there are many options. netPower Lite 7R has 7 PoE reversible ports. Depending on your configuration, netPower can draw the necessary power from even one client! The Ethernet 8 port can power other PoE-capable devices with the same voltage that is fed to the device. There is also a DC socket and a 2-pin terminal for alternative power supply.

Powerful switch ideal for outdoor use

The external enclosure allows the switch to be installed in all types of environments - from humid attics to elevator shafts and various poles with clamps. The netPower Lite 7R has a non-blocking capacity of 28 Gbps, a switching capacity of 56 Gbps and a transfer rate of 41.7 Mpps.

SwitchOS operating system

SwOS is an operating system designed specifically for managing MicroTik switches products.SwOS is configurable from a web browser. It provides all the basic functions of a managed switch, and in addition: it allows you to manage port forwarding, control transmission storms, use MAC filter, configure VLANs, mirror traffic, apply bandwidth restrictions, and even adjust some MAC and IP header fields.
