It also supports advanced network security features such as loopback detection, cable diagnostics and IGMP Snooping. IGMP snooping technology provides the ability to switch multicast frames for selected users only, while IGMP throttling & filtering restricts user access to port level resources. The T2600G-28SQ also supports static Layer 2+ routing, which allows for easy network segmentation and increases network resource efficiency.

OAM 802.3ah, DDM, sFlow, QinQ, ID Insertion PPPoE L2TP, IGMP authentication and more, with these features, the T2600-28SQ is ideal for ISPs. DLDP (device connection detection) and OAM 802.3ah function will provide easier network surveillance and management. DDM (Digital Diagnostic Monitoring) function will be used to view the status of SFP modules connected to the switch and to configure alarm, warning, temperature threshold, voltage and power TX and Rx settings.
