TP-Link L2 T2600G-28TS manageable switch
T2600G-28TS is a managed gigabit switch, equipped with 24 ports 10/100/1000 Mb/s, with automatic call negotiation and automatic crossover Auto-MDI/MDIX. Additionally, the device has 4 SFP 1000Mb/s ports and one Micro-USB port. The switch provides high performance, advanced QoS function support, protection strategies and network management functions in layer 2 and 2+. Additionally, it supports network traffic management functions and protects the network against threats. The IP-MAC-Port binding and access control lists (ACL, L2 to L4) protect the network against threats such as broadcast storm, ARP and DoS (Denial-of-Service) attacks. The Quality of Service (QoS, L2 to L4) function provides the ability to direct network traffic while ensuring smooth and faster data transmission.

A secure network
Functions such as IP-MAC-Port binding, port protection, Storm Control and DHCP Snooping, effectively protect against ARP attacks, broadcast storm etc. Typical DoS attacks can be defined to be detected by the T2600G-28TS. This makes protection against them more effective than ever before. The use of access control lists (ACL, L2 to L4) prevents access to certain network resources; denial of packets can be set for specific source or destination MAC addresses, IP addresses, TCP/UDP ports and even VLAN identifiers. In addition, the switch uses 802.1X encryption in combination with RADIUS/Tacacs+ server functions to authenticate users wishing to access the network.

ISP features and IPv6 support
T2600G-28TS supports many ISP functions, such as OAM standard 802.3ah, DDM, sFlow, QinQ, L2PT PPPoE ID Insertion, IGMP authentication, etc. OAM function 802.3ah standard and Device Liaison Detection Protocol (DLDP) provides easier network surveillance and management and faster troubleshooting with an Ethernet network. In addition, the DDM (Digital Diagnostic Monitoring) function allows monitoring the status of SFP modules and configuring alarm, warning, temperature threshold, voltage threshold, polarity threshold, power threshold Tx and Rx. In addition, the switch supports many IPv6 features such as Dual IPv4/IPv6 Stack, MLD Snooping, IPv6 ACL, DHCPv6 Snooping, IPv6 interface, PMTU Discovery and IPv6 Neighbor Discovery. This ensures that the introduction of next-generation networks (NGNs) will not involve replacing the switch with a new one.

Layer 2 and 2+ functions
Switch T2600G-28TS uses layer 2 switch functions such as VLAN tagging, Port Mirroring, SFP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP and data flow functions. In addition, the switch supports advanced network security features such as feedback loop detection, cable diagnostics, and IGMP Snooping.

Easy to operate
The T2600G-28TS switch is easy to use and manage. The device can be managed in various ways, e.g. through an intuitive graphical user interface in a web browser (GUI) or a command line interface (CLI). The transfer of packages can be protected with SSL or SSH encryption. Support for SNMP (1/2/3) and RMON protocols allows the switch to transmit relevant status information and capture unexpected events.
