The Sharp GP2Y0A02YK0F is an analog sensor that measures the distance to an object using infrared light reflection. It can be used as a reed switch, a presence sensor. Analogue voltage is output, the value of which is proportional to the distance from the object. As the distance increases, the output voltage decreases.

The sensor has three outputs: Vcc - power supply, GND - ground and Vo - output voltage, which we connect to Lan input of INP1 controller. Supply voltage is in the range of 4.5V - 5.5V. It is also possible to supply the sensor from the Lan Controller with 3.6V, but one should take into account less linear characteristics and lower output voltages.
