Bidirectional SFP modules are high-performance, cost-effective single-mode SFP transceivers supporting data transmission speeds of 1.25 Gbps/1.0625 Gbps and a transmission range of up to 20 km with SMF. The fibre optic SFP module consists of three sections, i.e. an FP laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a transimpedance preamplifier (TIA), and an MCU control unit. All SFP optical modules meet Class I laser safety requirements. Bidirectional 1.25G SFP modules comply with SONET OC-24-LR-1 and the RoHS directive.
