What time do I have to return the goods?

The customer has the opportunity to withdraw from the contract concluded remotely with within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. In order to do so, please inform us about your wish to return the order.
Returned goods cannot bear traces of use and must be sent back in their original packaging.

How to make a return?

After providing information about the planned return (by e-mail or by phone), you should:

  1. Place the returned product in its original packaging, protect it against damage during transport and pack it into a properly prepared package.
  2. The device must be restored to factory settings.
  3. Put a note on the outside of the package stating:
    reasons for the return and the order number to which the returned product applies.
  4. Send the package to the following address:
    ZWROTY sklep - Batna sp. z o.o.
    ORDER - B24/..../………

  5. Send to the above e-mail address - number of the bill of lading and bank account details to be returned.

Be sure to read it before returning it.

For hygienic reasons, brushes and tips for electric brushes are not returned.
