Aqara Dual Relay Module T2 | Dual Relay Module | Zigbee, Apple HomeKit, Matter, Google Home, Alexa, DCM-K01

EN
Aqara Dual Relay Module T2 is a smart dual relay that allows you to remotely control devices such as motors for curtains and blinds, garage doors, awnings, gates, electric sliding doors, pool covers and more. It is ideal for those who want to upgrade their traditional equipment and make it smart. The module is based on the Zigbee protocol, which provides stable and secure wireless communication. It can work with other Aqara devices and support the HomeKit and Matter ecosystems via the Aqara bridge.
When connected to the Aqara hub, the Dual Relay Module T2 offers compatibility with various platforms, including HomeKit, Alexa, Google Home, IFTTT and Matter. It allows traditional devices to become smart and seamlessly integrates them with many third-party systems. Forget the limitations of different protocols and platforms and enjoy a seamless and harmonious smart home experience.
The T2 controller supports two modes of operation: potential-free contact and contact with power option. In potential-free contact mode, you can select an open and close pulse signal or an on and off signal to control motors, garage doors, roller gates and other equipment. In power-option contact mode, intelligent lighting control can be easily implemented without replacing the original equipment. When the red jumper is disconnected, T 2 can be switched between modes, allowing integration with different types of equipment.
Using Interlock mode, Aqara T2 allows users to easily and safely connect it to two-way motors. Now it can effectively control motors, work as a roller shutter switch and be a central part of a water leakage protection system.
Conversion mode to a wireless switch is also supported. With this function, an existing wall switch can be converted into a scene controller: arm or disarm the security system, control curtains or lights with an old wired switch.
T2 supports overheating and overload protection, which can eliminate high current shock when electrical equipment is immediately turned on, thus ensuring the reliability and longevity of the equipment. When the equipment temperature is abnormal or the power exceeds 2,500 watts, the device automatically shuts down to ensure electrical safety.
The DIN rail mounting design makes it easy to place the relay in electrical cabinets and other tight spaces. Its compact size makes it an even better fit in a variety of wall boxes, including 86mm and standard American boxes.
Garage door control | |
Automation scenario | IF you find yourself less than 500 meters from your home THEN open the garage door |
Explanation | With its potential-free contact mode, the T2 relay can be used to intelligently control an existing garage door*. Simply connect it to the garage door opener to use the garage door in automation, and share it with third-party systems. The relay will act as a repeater for the Aqara door and window sensor, so you won't have to worry about a weak signal. *The garage door opener controller should be controlled by potential-free contacts. |
Required equipment | Dual relay T2 hub (Hub) door and window sensor |
Save energy by using T2 to control boilers
Automation scenario | IF all radiator thermostats are off THEN turn off the boiler |
Required equipment | Dual relay T2 hub (Hub) radiator thermostat E1 |
Explanation | If the boiler can be controlled by potential-free contacts, you can use a T2 relay to make it smart. As a result, you will be able to control it remotely and save energy by connecting it to radiator thermostats using Aqara Home or third-party automation. |
Installation behind switches and wall outlets
Automation scenario | IF the presence of THEN turn on a light switch or heater connected to an outlet |
Explanation | Simply install the T2 behind an existing wall switch or outlet to transform it into a smart one. As a result, existing outlets and switches will be able to participate in automation and get the function of energy consumption statistics. |
