The Aqara E1 camera is an affordable but future-proof camera with an emphasis on smart home automation features and ecosystem support. The Aqara E1 camera integrates with third-party ecosystems such as Apple Home, Google Home and Amazon Alexa. It supports Apple HomeKit Secure Video, providing private analysis and encryption of captured videos on Home Hub devices (Apple TV or HomePod) and secure storage in iCloud (Home Hub and subscription required). With an iCloud subscription, you can access the last 10 days of activity from one or more cameras.

24/7 recording helps you check on your home at any time, providing peace of mind around the clock. However, you will need to insert a Micro SD card (not included). You don't have to worry that long-term recording will cause video storage problems, as you can choose between an SD card or paid cloud storage as needed (with one day of free use). Multiple local or cloud storage options give users a more diverse choice, removing limitations.
The Aqara E1 camera can recognize human shapes and take tracking shots at 350 degrees. Moreover, it can still achieve integration with more smart devices based on the Aqara ecosystem through AI person tracking. For example, when E1 detects someone in a hallway, it can turn on the lights. When the door and window sensors on the front door detect an opening, E1 will rotate to a specific position to take a precise picture.
Thanks to MagicPair's Bluetooth networking technology, the E1's connection is stable and efficient. In addition, it has achieved Wi-Fi 6 certification. The camera supports both horizontal and inverted installation, thanks to its 1/4-inch threaded screw mount and screw-on mounting base. It also uses a USB-C power interface.
