Verify that your phone has connected to the router's Wi-Fi network and make sure you have specified the correct itotolink.net default gateway.
Do not turn off the router, and then press and hold the RST button (for about 5-8 seconds) until the system indicator starts flashing rapidly.
Restore the factory settings of the router. The username and password will be resumed for admin.
Log in to the router and go to 2.4G Wireless-Basic Settings to check or change the password.
