For convenient multifunctional connections beyond the 100-meter Ethernet cable limit, UF-MM-10G can be used at distances up to 300 m at up to 10 Gb/s or UF-MM-1G at distances up to 550 m at up to 1 Gb/s.

Which SFP/SFP+ module should I use?

Check if the ports on the device are SFP or SFP+ ports. The latter can operate at 10 Gbps. Then we select the fiber optic cable. Single mode fiber is usually used for longer distances, while multimode fiber is used for shorter distances.
