AirMAX technology

Unlike the standard Wi-Fi protocol, Ubiquiti's Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) is a AirMax protocol that allows each client to send and receive data using predefined time slots scheduled by the intelligent access point controller. Through the "time slots" method it is possible to eliminate network collisions and maximize the efficiency of antenna time. It provides significant performance improvements compared to all other wireless systems for outdoor installation.
