Zyxel NAS542 will allow you to store your data safely in the cloud - even away from home you can rest assured of its safety. Security settings will allow you to cooperate on shared files with others, and the RAID capabilities will ensure the durability of data and warehouse operation - even in case of one of the media failure.
Remote access will allow you to work on files from anywhere in the world. Built-in connectors will allow you to conveniently and at high speed transfer data from other devices to database, as well as share it further thanks to the double Ethernet connector. The flexibility of this solution will allow you to use SAMBA or WebDAV to share files on a Zyxel device.
NAS542 gives you the ability to place four data carriers that can be protected by RAID 1, 5, 6 or 10 support. In case of a failure, it is enough to replace the used media with a new one to restore full data security.
The NAS Station Management NSMS5.2 graphical interface will make it easy to view and manage files in Zyxel NAS542.
Even more convenience is provided by the clear application center, which allows you to install and update selected applications. NAS542 also supports a HTML5 video player, so videos stored in the database can be easily streamed to DLNA compatible devices - via Twonky Media Server.
