The NBG6817 Armor Z2 router is a solution for users requiring the fastest, stable Wi-Fi connection for as many devices as possible. It is perfect for online games and Ultra-High-Definition (UHD) video streaming applications, even in 4K quality.
Compared to traditional routers, the hardware resources in the Armor Z2 wireless router, along with the latest 802.11ac Wave 2 MU-MIMO technology, accelerate network operation up to three times. The intelligent formation of the signal beam makes every device connected wirelessly receive the best possible transmission conditions.
The 1.7 GHz dual core processor and two Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency ranges with StreamBoost(TM) technology give excellent wireless performance, meeting the requirements of applications where there is a demand for high data transfer speeds. Armor Z2 provides smooth streaming performance at 2600 Mbps, with no buttons.
The Armor Z2 router is equipped with 512 MB RAM and 4 GB eMMC Flash Storage, providing stability and storage for applications such as: StreamBoost, Resource monitor and DLNA database.
Four adjustable Wi-Fi angles provide a range of up to 500 m2, and Qualcomm StreamBoost (TM) technology intelligently manages Internet speeds, allowing multiple applications to run without interfering with streaming or online games. The latest generation Qualcomm AC2600 Wi-Fi is performance and reliability. 802.11ac Wave 2 MU-MIMO technology supports multiple devices simultaneously with a dedicated Wi-Fi stream.

Zyxel NBG6817 Armor Z2 has a monitor for the consumption of network resources by devices and applications and the ability to send warnings about the use of data limits, which is useful when the network connection has such a limit. Zyxel ONE Connect - this application for mobile devices helps to easily extend Wi-Fi network with devices supporting this technology. It allows for seamless copying of existing Wi-Fi configuration to network expansion devices. Zyxel Photo together with the memory connected to router via USB enables automatic backup of photos from mobile devices.
Free DDNS provided by Zyxel allows you to remotely access the router configuration, create your own site and share files. Thanks to this, there is no need to remember the IP address of the router, just an easy to remember name. myZyXELcloud allows you to remotely browse through your own files, which can be placed on a media connected to the router with one of the USB connectors for fast data transfer. WiFi Protected Access WPA/WPA2 guarantees network security with enhanced wireless encryption. Denial of Service Protection protects network connections against malicious attacks.
